OK, thanks! Do you know if it will be possible to control the Beosound 5 Encore from the mlgw even if it doesn't have masterlink? Or will there be some replacement product/new HW?

On the other hand, have you tried using 1910-9 settings on a 1920. Often it works fine, it 's just some functipn that might not be availible.

Hi! Has anyony tried the Earset 1 mobile with Iphone. Is there an adapter needed and if so how big is it 8how does it look)? How is the sound, with some headsets i find the sound pretty low some how!? The purpose with the headset is only for talking, not for listening to music. Could the Earset 1 be a good head set with Iphone then?

Det går ganska enkelt att uppgradera chippet för STB-C så att du kan styra nyare boxar (bl.a. Motorola VIP 1910 som CD använder för IPTV). Finns listor på Beoworld, dock osäker om senaste versionen av chippet finns med.

Thanks for the answers. Have you tried controlling a Beoport from the mlgw? According to the documentation it shouldn't work, but I can't see why if the mlgw just sends commands on the ML? It would be interesting to know if it works or not (that is from the mlgw to the Beoport)?

I have a question: 1) Has anyone tested the MLGW with older products the B&O says doesn't work, like: a) Beoport b) Beomedia c) Products connected through Beolink converter (as the original poster asked) How did it work, not at all or limited (if so how)?
