• Re: LinkPlayer 2 Feedback thread

Hi Phil Well I simply can't get the LP2 Beta 2 to work as an audio master. My setup is quite simple. A Beoport connected to a Mac Mini and a Master Link from the Beoport to a Beolab 3200 speaker. The setup worked fine with the LP1 and it also works when I connect a windows pc to the Beoport - so the wiring is correct I guess :-) In the preferences
... Serious things will resume in September. I am planning to solve the issues controlling LinkPlayer from LinkRoom in AudioMaster mode first, and then tackle the other issues raised after that.
Hi Phil I'm really looking forward to LP2 handling audiomaster mode, since I only have my Beolab 3500 connected

  • Re: Linkremote won't connect to Linkplayer

Hi Yep, I have Linkplayer running :-) @Phil: And Firewall is disabled. I haven't got mail installed on the Macmini, but will off course if neccesary or I'll send it from another computer. So what do I need to do, i.e. which information should I provide - console transcript? Thx in advance Jan

Oops, sorry! Forgot about the Support button on the App store. As far as I remember I do not have Firewall activated, but I'll check it, when I get home to night. BR Jan

  • Linkremote won't connect to Linkplayer

Hi Not sure where to put a support request on Linkremote - so I'll try here :-) I just got an iPad and downloaded the Linkremote. The iPad is connected to WIFI, which is the same WIFI my MacMini, which runs LinkPlayer, is on. But when I start the Linkremote app it just keep searching for Linkplayer - nothing else happens. Is there something I should

  • Re: No clock on Beolab 3500

Hi Phil Thx for the answer. No I never had an audiomaster attached to it. The only thing I can think of, is that i briefly had a windows computer (with the B&O SW) attached to the Beoport. I suppose that might have been it? If so - sorry for the confusion. Any chance Linkplayer can/will send the information in a future release? :-) Best regards

  • Re: No clock on Beolab 3500

Hi Sorry for the late response - have been away for a couple of days. Unfortunately it's still not working and it has been on for 5 days now... :-) The last time it worked, it only took a few minutes. Best regards. Jan

  • No clock on Beolab 3500

Hi I recently had to completely reinstall my MacMini. I have Linkplayer and a Beoport. The Macmini acts as mediacenter in the living room - no other B&O devices attached except for the Beoport. In the kitchen I have a Beolab 3500. The setup works perfectly (thx to Linplayer :-)), but one thing wonders me - since I reinstalled, the clock no longer

  • Re: Help in configuring mac mini, Beoport and Beolab 3500

Nope - works fine for me with just the Beolab 3500 connected and the Beoport set to option 2. :-) Best regards Jan
