  • Re: IS B&O worth the money???

Just as an update to anyone who may be interested... I bought the Beo10 Both myself and wife are very happy with the looks, but one thing I probably would have taken into consideration more when we bought it... THE GODDAM REMOTE CONTROL!!! We opted for the standard remote because the upgraded version needed complete programming! It works for the most

Without wanting to hijack my inital post back on topic... I think a lot of points have been made which I agree with. From a purely factual basis - IS B&O £4000 better in terms of quality, technical advancementm, etc... than other comparable TV's?? NO Do you buy a B&O TV based purely on the quality, technology, etc? NO What I believe

I'm not really considering other B&O sets, purely because one of the main sell points on the BV10 is the ability to hide all your boxes on the TV stand at the back, plus the fact it doesn't really look like a TV!! I believe it is £6k, plus stand, plus brackets, plus remote - IRO £7k from the quote I got on Saturday! I would be interested if you could get it cheaper, would make my decision easier!

I see your point... and as I have recently purchased a new Audi TT, I can in fact relate to the decision process... but it is slightly different, when I bought my car I wanted a sports Coupe and I really liked the TT... I could have tried to justify paying double for the Porsche but I perceived the quality of Audi/Porsche to be similar and the only

  • IS B&O worth the money???

I am seriously considering my first B&O purchase... a Beovision 10 television! It has the looks I want and the picture quality/sound 'seem' excellent, but since I am not a multi-millionairre and still in the realms of 'normal' earning capacity, the £7k price tag does seem very steep - especially compared to my previous television
