Hi Soren, maybe that secret music system could be installed for U.S. politicians and we could move up from the number 14 spot. John

Hello all. I recently saw a poll that was conducted to determine the happiest people by country. Number 1 was Denmark, with the other Scandinavian countries ranked 2 through 4, and the Netherlands at number 5. Any correllation to the abundance of Beosystems?

Do you have the the matching Master Control Panel; if so can you equalize the balance that way? If not it may be in need of some new capacitors, well worth the investment.
-
Try opening the control panel and then press NEUTRAL. This will return balance to neutral and also sets tone controls to flat. Welcome to Beoworld. John

Thanks Jay. I received my straps today and they're going to look great. I'm going to try some dry-transfer lettering, of course I'll practice on the old straps first. If anybody else wants to try this they're available from railroading hobby shops. Best regards. John

Hi Tony, If Dan is not interested in the speaker stands I'd like to offer $60.00 plus shipping costs to the U.S. Best regards, John.

Hi Michael My first purchases were made in 1983. I bought a BeoMaster2400, BeoGram2404 and S-45 speakers. I first heard a B&O system as a teenager at a local dealer and was blown away by the sound and style. The receiver was discontinued and was on sale so it was time to take the plunge and that's how I became infected with the BeoVirus. John

Hello Dan The BM2400 used an ultrasonic remote controller so is not compaible with later B&O products. John

Stickman On e-bay "lazerwave" has DIN adaptors and speaker plugs at reasonable prices. I agree with Jeff about the BM2400 , it is a classic. John
