  • Re: bno should concentrate on apple users not windows ; here's the proof : 90% high end marketshare

Anyways, looking at B&O stockprice, it wouldn't hurt the company to jump on the Mac hype and come up with a product which, obviously, is worthy of carrying the name/price B&O. If I recall, the new CEO mentioned once in investors meeting speech, that as a company B&O will react faster to trends than previous. Just a suggestion; considdering

  • Re: BeoVision 10 bad panels

KMA, you are right, the BV10 has been a hit for the company since it hit the markets, hence the fast introduction of the 46" as a second model in the range. As the BV10 seems to turn into a cashcow for B&O, I find it highly unlikely that they will ignore "your" case. I am sure you know that you can contact B&O on their official

It is my opinion that your dealer should carefully listen to your problem, and as his duty, he should report this to B&O headquarters. This is not a minor issue, as I understand this is not an isolated case. Don't forget B&O is a public traded company, any cases such as "panel lottery" linked to B&O's image is more than

  • Re: BeoVision 10 bad panels

Hi KMA, Thanks for posting this thread. Sorry to hear you are having a bad experience with your BV10. I find it amazing that "panel lottery" phenomenon is even possible for a "prestigious" brand like B&O! One would expect that a tv purchased from B&O, or any product for that matter, should be without defects. In addition

  • Re: 46-inch BeoVision 10-46 coming

Hi a2bur, I am eagerly waiting for the BV10-46" to hit the stores, I will be upgrading from my "good old" Avant. (major upgrade ) Regarding the 3D, I noticed the current trend/hype. I think it will not be anytime soon for B&O to come up with a 3D version of the BV10. But if somebody close to the company or just anybody hears different

  • Re: BV10 and sound

Hi all, I have to say that I really like the dynamic sound of my “good old” Avant. But as I mentioned I will step up to the BV10, just trying to figure out a fitting sound setup. Reading all the posts, it seems that sound wise the only weakness of the BV10 vs the Avant is the bass volume. Currently I own one pair of BL8000 but am thinking

  • Re: BV10 and sound

Hmmmmmm, I guess if one has a BV10, and wants to enjoy a movie at the fullest soundwise, one has to set up the BV10 with multiple loudspeakers. I hope the BV10-46" comes with sound improvements.

[quote user="Raeuber"] I agree totally with Ehlerz and HeKoch: The DVB-Module is full of bugs! Also timer-recordings with the module are not possible with my DVD2. But also the BV10 has software-bugs, p.e. if you try to make direct records by using the RECORD-key on Beo4. Since more than three weeks I am in contact with BEOCARE, but no solution

  • Re: BV10 and sound

Hi thavn, Thx for sharing your experience. Currently I still use my Avant, of which I am very content with especially the sound. However me too will "step up" to the BV10, I am actually waiting for the BV10-46". Once I have the BV10, I am planning to connect it to my BeoLab 8000. I was just wondering how the sound of the BV10 compared
