  • Ir Range really poor!!!!!!!!!!

just wondering if anybody else is experiencing really poor range on their 3rd party products especially my virgin media box. I have made all the usual checks ( not in dealer mode) and have even replaced the display on it today but the range is still only about 2ft at its best mainly on the virgin media.
