In US the release is still delayed.. They promised Jan 25th.. Looks like they still have issues with the software.. Check with the dealer and make sure they fixed all the software bugs in your market.. I returned by BC5, but I still get updates from my dealer about the delay. Hopefully I will buy one for myself next year when they finally get this right

which market are you from? In US, apparently they are still fixing the software.. I have given up on BC5 and have returned to the dealer.. In fact my dealer was so embrassed by this suituation, he offered to give me a Free A8 as well as return my money for the phone, but I deceided to just get a credit so that I can buy the new subwoofer Beolab 11.

B&O has to be pro-active on this new technology.. 2010 CES show marks the great push for 3D for Television viewing. With ESPN, Disney commiting to broadcasting sports on 3D, its only time before general public is going to accept this medium. apologize for the multiple post... I told my dealer that I would love to come back to them for other reasons than fixing the phone.. B&O delayed the delivery of my phone for almost a month telling that they are fixing software issues and not ready for customer delivery. so much for trying to make it perfect. Hey folks, I was contacted by my dealer today and was advised that they found another quality problem with BeoCom 5 software and they asked mine to be brought to the store end of Jan for the update.. (and get a free A8 for the inconvinence).. Apprantely they found a sound quality issue with the phone and a software update will fix it.. I seriously think

also try 9#9#9* HOLD.. atleast I know in US this combination works. I had to reset the handset once and the B&O service asked me use this combination to enter the service menu..

I hope it is BeoCenter 2 Audio Version.. I saw one on floor stand, and it looked like a projection TV, because of the motorized stand mechanics etc etc.. looks really good on the wall..
