Razlaw: The beolab 7-4 sounds better than the BV12, but I am impressed with its sound given how thin the TV is. I wouldn't recommend using only the built in BV12 speaker, where the beolab 7-4 could be used by itself.

We have ours up in Atlanta!

It's probably the room. As a shop owner I know that the BeoTheater room my BeoLab 5's are in is not ideal. The same is true in a lot of B&O shops. They were designed to look good, not sound good, sadly. The best thing to do is have an in home demo. I'm always amazed how much better they sound outside of the shop. If your dealer has the

Parts fall under "service" in B&O speak, so BL4000 grills, etc. wouldn't qualify. It's been a long time since I've done it, but I don't think new covers would be over $500. Could be wrong, though, wouldn't be the first time!

You might not want to use the power saving feature if it is Masterlinked. To acheive the power savings the ML module is disabled in standby.

It is possible but it is quite expensive to do. You replace the entire front frame of the TV, not just glass over the screen. As far as I know, it is not possible to apply the anti-glare coating to a non-coated frame at least not at a B&O service center.
