Thanks Expoman....Actually it is about 1000 miles I live in Washington. Yes they did ship UPS and you are probably right. I was looking at the Samsung Manual and noticed there is a section on "setting up your TV to be a computer screen." I'm wondering if this is how one could set up the TV to not do it's own adjustments. Here's

Puncher, I actually got the Samsung 7000 series LED 55" for $1900 US which is an incredible deal, and that included tax and everything. I would of course lose the color management but to be honest the audio is more important to me as the Samsung picture is really good. Plus, it is impossibly thin. Don't get me wrong I'd trade it for a B&O

Thanks Lars! After reading all of the posts it does look like trying to integrate everything will result in a pile of cables and more remotes. I like Apple products with their simplicity and it sounds like I should just head that direction with a (almost) full B&O setup. By the way, I think it is actually a Beolink converter that would integrate

Or if no one has an answer I will take donations of your unwanted BS3!

OK Here's my situation and any that can help would be appreciated. I'm in the US and have the following equipment, and I'm trying to build my surround setup. I have 2 sets of wall-mounted BL 6000s and am working on getting a pair of 4000s for the center channel and a BL2 when I can afford it too. I have a BC 9500 that I currently only have

The type of screws don't matter. The fact is that the holes to mount are directly above the speaker channel in the mount. So, it means you have to have the wire going off to the side. Not a big deal but not the best design.

OK I went ahead and ordered a pair for my front BL6000s and have another set of mounts for my matching rears. The mounts look very good and are very secure when screwed in to a stud. Basically you remove the bottom foot and then replace it with bolts that attach the speaker to the wall mounts. Here's one problem with the design, however. The channel

Tournedos, You are right that all of these flat screens have terrible sound. This TV is so thin though I don't even know how it would EVER even have that possible but who knows B&O could probably find a way with the technology. For me, I do have two remotes but if I did have a newer BS3 that did all of my video switching I would only need the

Beonut, The Beosystem 1 is like the BS3 without all the fancy up to date video switching (it is limited to one 1080i input) but the audio switching is fairly up to date. Anyway, I'm guessing you should rename it a "not-so-poor man's center channel!" Hehe
