Hi all, I have noticed that a lot of threads when discussing adding playlists etc all mention Beoplayer and other windows applications e.g. media player. As I have a Mac and manage all my music via iTunes my only way to the BS5 is via the Beoconect icon. Is there additional functionality such as to make it worth while putting virtual windows on my Mac

Thanks Elephant - very helpful, have found meta data and just need to work out how to add it to BM5. Happy days G

Hi, some of you may have read an earlier post when I wrote that when transferring a couple of CD's/tracks to my BM/BS5 they were not visible on the BS5 under the relevant artist/album section but I could find them if transferred to a 'favourites'. Well those nice guys at B&O have responded saying that I would probably find all the tracks

So whilst the guys at B&O are trying to understand why I can't fire up my BM5 without the BS5 being in operation (no I'm not using wireless) I have another problem! So last night I downloaded several iTunes tracks which all transferred ok. But then I tried to transfer an album which appeared to transfer to the black central bit of the beoconnect

I discovered something new today and that is that I could not transfer some music from iTunes (via my Mac) to the BM5 using Beoconnect as I kept being told " unable to connect check IP address" etc etc. My wife was watching TV (BV7) so carefully interrupting her favourite soap I fired up the BS5 and suddenly I got a connection. And just as

Sorry all I did not see previous thread on this problem. Trying to resolve now. Apologies again

Hi, I got up this morning to find the red standby light on my BS5 flashing and it does not respond to movement of the controls. I get home and its still flashing! Any ideas? I'm thinking of just pulling the power but not sure yet. Thanks Gary

I agree Stan. In my case I just could not face all the drilling and routing of cables under walls etc having just paid to have the house decorated and I needed someone lese to blame etc so my plan was to get that bit done and I could resolve any network problems. As it happened the connection took seconds (I'm using a mac etc) and (touch wood) its
