I have correctly connected them to pre-amp. I also called B&O tech support, they also think it is an amp problem. Basically, they will change out the entire circuit board.

My Beolab 1 makes a squeaky noise as soon as it receives a signal. Initially, this noise used to go away in a few minutes after system start up, however, now it is permanent. My speakers are connected to a Denon receiver. I tried assigning different output to this speaker, i.e. from R to L, however the noise continues, so I believe this has to do with
