Hi I also had a problem with the wires breaking on the handset of my Beocom 2400 , and I could not find out anything on the Internet . But I managed to fix it without to much difficulty ! So I thought I would join this forum to try and help people in the same situation out ! Anyway to split the handset you will need a plastic card , like a credit card
