Did you try using different HDMI cables? I had to go through two different cables on my own BV7-55 before fixing the HDMI audio issue for good.

I'm not a fan of AppleTV. I had the first generation model and replaced it with the Mini after it erased itself one day without warning. All of my movies are 1080P and 720P HD content, but for streaming music, it would be a sensible solution - especially for the price. I'll consider it. Thanks for the suggestion!

Bummer. I was afraid of that. Hopefully BeoSound 5 Encore MKII will have ML capability. Guess I'll wait. Thanks for the info!

BeoLab 8000 and BeoVision 7 and just about everything else that's slender and shiny.

I was rather surprised to see that there was no mention of it on the B&O site as well. Perhaps David or his family requested that the news of his passing remain low profile. Apple featured Steve Jobs on its home page for days after his death to honor his memory.

Yes, that would be correct. No space is needed. The stand of my BV7-55 is so close to the wall that I had to bend the metal tab upward (the black tab to the rear of the round stand base) to get it to sit flush against the wall. I can take some measurements when I arrive home this evening, but I have everything adjusted so close that the TV is only several
