I wish. I think this may be too technically advanced to ever be implemented in a B&O product (in he near future), unfortunately.

The soon-to-be-released BeoVision 10 is supposed to be LED edge-lit. Hopefully the BV-7 models will follow.

Maybe a loose connection or bad circuit board? I doubt the LED lights would burn out that way. I don't think I've ever seen an LED burn out or become dim over time.

In my opinion, the Pentas have a better all-around sound. I've owned a pair of MK 3 Pentas for over 13 years and have had no trouble with them. I never owned the BeoLab 1 speakers, but I have sold many pairs when I worked for B&O and did much comparison listening. I simply couldn't justify replacing my Pentas with BL-1s. The Pentas may look

Definitely remove the TV from its stand first, and then move it in two pieces. Trying to lift the BV-7 with stand will risk bending the aluminum face plate on the motorized base. It's flimsy and easily bent - not like the first generation BS-9000 floor stands that were solid, polished aluminum.

I couldn't agree with you more! I saw these beautiful televisions at the 2009 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas and absolutely fell in love with them. It makes the BeoVision 7 appear somewhat clunky - and the picture quality... fantastic. I would love to see an updated BeoVision 7 with super-slim cabinet and LCD edge-lighting with a 240Hz screen
