hi everyone i have always been in awe at watching bang-olufsen tvs and have always been impressed at how they make there pictures stand out from the competition. i think the only other brand that i can compare a similarity to is philips although there is that extra sparkle shining through with the b&0. i had a demo once when the bv7-40 came out

thank you for replying one thing that i have always noticed with b&0 is that there lcd pictures had a similarity with certain philips tvs that i have seen. i actually own a new 47 inch philips tv and the picture is really impressive but i do find a similarity to the way that it handles motion to a b&0 tv. thanks again for replying. ps how do

i don't no what it is about this forum and people not responding to questions when asked about certain things. i think that its out of order and rude i mean does it hurt to reply back to a question when someone asks? i thought that this forum was supposed to help and even guide people with knowledge when it comes to b&0. i have been ignored

hello maxbison i got a chance to see this tv in b&0 the other day and like you i was in awe at the pristine picture this tv produced. when the rep put a dvd on it ran and looked amazing. when he put on a bluray movie which was iam legend it made a few clunking noises and took quite a while to load even though it had one of the most impressive pictures
-
i must admit that i really admire your room it has a calm relaxed look about it very very nice.
-
thanks alen again for showing more pictures and iam glad your happy with your bv8-40 take care and look forward to more pictures.

hi alen and thank you for responding i have one of the new philips lcd tvs which has a very good picture it has 100hz and pixel precise technology i no its not a bang-olufsen but comes a close second with the picture quality. i have a philips bluray player also the bdp3000 and i have to say that with upscaled dvds the picture quality is spectacular

alen do you have a dvd player or bluray player? if so can you tell me which one you have and what you think about the 100hz picture on your tv and how you think it handles fast moving images and also motion thank you in advance.
