    Apologies if this has been discussed before - has anyone used the RE-BL (www.re-bl.com) infra-red to bluetooth converter for the PS3 with the Beo5 (or Beo4) remote control? My BV8-40 will be delivered in early August, with a Beo5 remote control. I will be using th PS3 as a DVD/Blu-Ray player. ANS

    I finally got the Lab 5000s, speaker covers are not as bad, quite dusty and the speaker covers have lost their silvery flecks. The corners are frayed, so the best option will be to change the cloth. I have been given rather substantial looking powerlink cables (these must be the Mark 2s). The stainless steel sections have some marks on them, and a couple

    Peter, thank you for your quick response. Having a single thin cable running to the rear speakers makes for an easier job in hiding the cables. If I end up getting the Lab 5000's (and getting the speaker cover replaced)- these will be my front speakers. I am still deciding whether to use Lab 4000 or 6000 for rears. My initial idea was to use 6000

    Hello All, My first post as a Beoworlder I am thinking about getting a BV 8-40 to replace a LX6000 (which still works and sounds great!). The question I have about the surround sound module - can the rear surround speakers be fed from one powerlink socket (and looped to the second speaker), or do I have to run a separate powerlink cable to each speaker
