  • Re: B&O-Apple integration: two questions

You will be hard pressed to find significant differences in the DAC quality between the various Mac products; and the sound difference is likely to be less than what you could possibly notice with swapping different power cables to an amplifier. Far more impactful than the DAC is the quality of the bits you are pushing out. If you're sending out

  • Re: USA / SE region - lots of B&O

I wanted to follow up on this post.... Last night the B&O system I bought arrived via UPS from Jeff. I have never had a delivery packaged safer or better. Each piece was triple wrapped with cloth, smaller and then larger bubble wrap, and double boxed with padding. Jeff was super responsive to email and my questions. Anyone here should feel incredibly

  • Re: Wanted stands for Beovox RL60.2

Email the guys here . I was there last week and they sold two pair of B&O RL 60.2's to a restaurant. The restaurant did not take the stands; so they had two sets for sale. I bought one pair; and they likely still have the second pair in the back. If I recall one of the plastic retaining clips had snapped off, but otherwise it was in excellent

  • Re: WTB: Beosystem 4500

Someday I'll own a pair of Gallo Nucleus Reference 3.1's .... but the 4500 took priority. The B&O panels are also interesting options....and would (if all mounted together) make for a massive wall of Danish goodness. I will be keeping my eyes open for those or the RL's...but the Gallo / Orb option is interesting also. Thanks for the

Lee: Thanks for the advice. Below is a snapshot of the Orb speakers. Here's a link . I see RL 60.2's frequently enough...that may be the less expensive but quite pleasing option.

Found! Thank you Jeff! Now on to locating just the right set of speakers.... Red Line's for the authentic look, or some Orb's for that discreet modern touch?

To those from Europe that replied, thank you. I'm okay with shipping, but have no idea how I'd convert the product to a 120v power supply. Also, there are 9x00's for sale in the area I live, but I have my heart set on a 4500 setup. Thank you.

Hi Burantek. Not sure if I read the initial postings correctly...do you have a 4500 system (sans the turntable) you're parting with? If so I'd be quite interested. Thanks! -Robert

  • WTB: Beosystem 4500

Hi there. I've spent the past month attempting to track down one of my childhood dream systems, a Beosystem 4500. Unfortunately my search hasn't had much luck. Ideally I'd like to find a complete system, including the Beogram. I am however willing to accept that may not happen and would be happy to start with a subset of a complete system
