So I've done this before but I've completely forgotten how to do it! Basically, I bought a used Beocenter 2300 and Beo4 that were being used with a MX7000 TV. I don't have a TV and the remote still thinks there is a TV, so the BC2300 won't respond. I've reset the remote and that hasn't worked - I remember there is some option

Just out of interest, how do people rate these two models against each other? My guess is there isn't much in it. Jon

Hi people, I'm missing the little post that protrudes from the top of the ST2500 that slots into the bottom of the Ouverture etc. on top. Does anybody have a spare, or any tips on what I could use to replace it? Cheers, Jon

Exactly my concerns - it has hardly any controls and it did seem very boomy in the shop - not pleasant for music but good I can imagine for explosions in 'Terminator'. I will check out the PV1 and Velodyne for sure - thanks alot!

Does anybody use this combination? I'm intrigued with the BeoLab 2 but am concerned it may be a little boomy for my apartment. (A used BeoLab2 is the only one I can potentially afford) If anybody has any relevant experience I'd be very interested to hear about it. Thanks, Jon

I did try with a vacuum cleaner alone to no avail, and with a bit of double sided tape which just seemed to pull the fibres from the dust cover. So are you suggesting I make a tiny perforation in the dust cover with a sewing needle and pull out?
