Hi Castor Sorry I gave you wrong information the cables from SH are the other way around the are used to connect b&o active speakers to a non b&o amplifier.but what you could do to use passive speakers with the ouverture are to use the line out on it and connect it to linie in on a traditionel amplifier(maybe you already have one) connect passive

Hi John I also are confused about your quistion is it a BC 9300 or BC9500 they are very different.If it's a Bc9500 you can clear the memory by removing the lower glassplate there is 1 screw in bottom of the 9500 I think it's left corner towards you then you can push the glassplate aside be carefull many of them are loose and on the print in

Hi Bensa That's what I ment by chanching the battery as I have had a few cases with strange behavior as the battery was low and there was no indication from the display.But I will not make more comments on this issue as there are a few wise guy's who seems to know better. regards jan

Hi Steve First you have to remove the top of the 5500 there are two screws in the back don't remove them entirely just loosen them and pull them upwards.Then remove the mainboard there are as far as I remmember 8 screws and take it aside then you can see the servoboard in the bottom.Remove the flatcable remember to "unlock" it first be
