Hi futurist, The timer logo appears because the DVB-HD module is very slow at startup. I believe this is a problem on all the tv's that have the DVB-HD module built-in. I have a BV8-40 and have the same problem. My dealer has told me that the new upcoming update for the module, should bring up the loading speed, so there should be picture on the
My advice based on personal experience........don't buy used cartridges, period. I have tried it several times and have never bought a good one yet. You might as well set fire to £20 notes!
Thanks Graham! Just what I feared about buying used cartridges. I'll try a new SMMC4 first.

But I'm not sure

But about 2 weeks ago it begun to distord the sound, when it has been playing for an a hour or so. And it seems that it's getting worse. Now it begins to distord after only a

Hi Elephant, I thought that all MacBooks had VGA support through the MD!? Thanks for the warning. My Macbook Pro is from around the same time. But this was also just thought as an possibility until a future MacMini comes along. I don't think there will be a MacMini with HDMI, especially not since the new MacBook Pro have an updated MD that also
