  • Re: Mac to Beo vision 7

You probably have an BV 7 without HDMI, there is only one digital input, that is the DVI socket. The VGA socket is an output, if you want to have a projector in the ceiling, you can have the same picture on as on your BV7. You need to buy a new monitor with HDMI, today the BV7 has 4 HDMi. Sad to say, but a television without HDMI is almost useless.

  • Re: BV7-40 bl7-2: will it make sence to add bl4 as rear speakers?

As far as I know you can|t add configure them in setup. If you have some speakers to connect when you set up the TV, then you can remove them. In speaker 5-mode you will have center and rear. (You will lose right and left front.) Speaker 1 works as before...

  • Adjust Beolab 6000 after change of woofers

I have changed woofers in two Beolab 6000. There was a paper in the box, saying something about adjusting volt after changing them. Does anyone know how to do that? I have a digital voltmeter, does that help? I can cut a powerlinkcable if that is a solution.

When the stereo is off, there is both a red and a green light. Is it possible to turn on the green one? What do the light indicate?

  • Re: Bv7 bluray problem

I have the same problem with my PS3, Toy Story 3 plays through all the material, but goes black when the menu should appear. The PS3 is updatet to the latest software. Don't know if the problem it is the TV or the PS3. (BV7-MK3)

  • Re: Dark picture on Beovision 7-40 mk3

The picture lightens up a bit, but there is a big difference from the new and my old one. Wonder how B&O can sell this for 8000 Euros, I guess they know that this picture is unacceptable. Software is new, black menus... if I bought a new one, how much discount in % do you think I can get if I give a dealer mine?

  • Dark picture on Beovision 7-40 mk3

I have two Beovision 7-40 MK3. One I have had for 3 years, the other was purchased used recently. The one I bought used is from 2009. the problem with the new one is that the picture is very dark. The TV is still under warranty. Someone who believes there is any point in contacting Bang & Olufsen? Will they help me?

  • Re: BL 8000's vs BL 5's

To your fisth question: Try comparing this to: http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_SmQk2jClOU4/TAbiIGQqkPI/AAAAAAAABgM/JdDKg-qUsdU/s1600/lada.jpg http://static.cargurus.com/images/site/2008/06/05/07/50/2008_bentley_continental_gt-pic-41173.jpeg And no, they are probably as good as new, buy demo, might be better sound then a pair of new ones!
