Since a couple of days, both on cable and on the dvd player menu, there is some trembling on the left and right side of my Beovision Avant 28 VCR. Are these signs of a dying television or is there anything to do about this?

Indeed the speakers seem to be dead. I'm interested in your tweeters.

Thanks! We're gonna take a look at that.

A friend of mine has a Beovision Avant. I noticed that the sound was not crisp. After removing the grille, we found out that the tweeters were not working. The other two speakers work perfectly. What could this be? I don't know how much amplifiers the avant has, or might it be some connection problem. Is there anyone who can tell me where to start

Het werkt nu, bedankt voor de hulp.

I got it working now. Thanks for the help.

Today, I tried to connect my Beomaster 5500 to my Beovision Avant through a Beolink Convertor. Now, when I press AV followed by TV, the Beomaster switches to Aux but no sound of the TV is heard. I have had sound of the beomaster through the Avant, but i need the Avant sound over Beomaster. Could anybody help me out here? Nico

My linkroom is amplified with a MCL 2P connected via an MCL 2AV to my Beomaster 5500. Is it normal that there is much more bass in the link room, than in the main room?
