• Re: Price drop for Bang&Olufsen BeoVisions
OK, so you guys think Beo should keep up making overpriced TV's, just because the current second hand market?
Hi bayerische Absolutely not. I hope I did not make you think that this was my opinion. It was just one of my speculations about why the prices are so high. In my introduction thread, I explained
I'm not sure Beo gives a damn about second hand markets, there's no money in it for them. Kinda hard to convey your stock-holders to push in money "because we need to think of the second hand market".
Well, it is at least not bad to have a good second hand market. If you do not loose too
What do you think, will Bang&Olufsen lower the prices for the BeoVisions in the future? I think BeoVision 7 32" and 40'' are both owerpriced.
Hi there I suppose it is not so easy for them to lower the prices. B&O seem to be stuck with prices for flat screens that were valid several years

  • Re: Two iPod touch/iPhones
They don't really talk to the Beoport - they talk to the computer. I use both and they both work fine. You can however only control the computer one at a time - in other words you cannot use each to listen to a different tune in different rooms simultaneously - you only have one copy of iTunes! I have the iTouch in

  • Two iPod touch/iPhones

Hello Wery grey weather where I live. Cloudy and around 0 degrees. I think we might get some snow eventually... Anybody knows or have tried two (or more) iPod/iPhones (with a beoport)? What happens? Are they working independently of each other? Should both show the cover art from iTunes? B R Clakke

  • Re: Beolab 3 speaker placement
It sounds, from your description, that you've got things pretty close to right. Tilted down, toed in, bass in "corner" position. I've got BeoLab 3s in a similar setup in my spa, and they are extremely satisfying. I'm not sure about the "playing in" part of it. What we (at Sausalito

  • Re: Beolab 3 speaker placement
I have the BL3s in a very similar placement in a sitting room. I was concerned as well about the necessity of doing an unusual placement. As Affineur has already mentioned this does limit to some degree the listening area effectiveness. However, I think you will find that the BL3s are very forgiving as you move through

  • Re: Beolab 3 speaker placement
Clakke, I have used the BL3 in about 10 different installations and in each instance they are best positioned where the ALT is at approximately ear level for the intended listening position. The imaging is coming mainly from these transducers and the experience will be maximized if properly placed. Aiming the BL3 "down"

  • Beolab 3 speaker placement

Hi Beolab 3 users We have just bought a pair of Beolab 3 (among other things) for our kitchen/dining room. You can read the whole story, if you like, here: http://forum.beoworld.org/forums/t/24071.aspx I wonder now how to use them. I am particulary concerned with the speaker placement. The speakers are wall mounted quite high up, maybe 0.5-1 m above
