  • My Beomaster 900K needs illuminating....MES Bulbs?

    My Beomaster 900K is still going strong and sounding really good. I have been meaning to put some little bulbs in it, so the tuning display lights up when it is on, but am unsure what bulbs to fit or where to get them from. Could anyone point me in the right direction?? I believe the fitting is a MES type, which is the sort found on old torches etc

    I would like to re-position one of my Beolab 6000 speakers and to do so means making the speaker cable longer, by approximately 12 metres. I am assuming I can simply plug in an extension speaker cable with the suitable male & female din plugs on either end?? The existing cable currently goes into the loft to a control panel and it would be quite

    Thank you Craig. That certainly was the right direction to point me in! 2 days ago I thought this lovely old B & O may never work again. I took it up for Tim to have a look at yesterday and now it is working!! I am so pleased. I'm now going to unearth the old B & O speakers and turntable to complete the system to as it was, when my Dad bought

    I have a Beomaster 900K radio that was purchased brand new by my father in the 60s and it has not been used for the last 12 years or so. It is in excellent condition, but sadly it doesn't work! When it is plugged in, it does light up and it makes a crackling sound. I would love to get this superb old radio working again. I don't have the knowledge
