I appreciate they were active in woth the cost, and I can appreciate what they tried to achieve, but they weren't worth £10k (the price at the time). Now they're

  • Re: BeoLab 9 - where is the midrange, too much tweeter!

Last night I went to the cinema and noticed the lack of clarity from the front speakers, my partner well he thinks I am mad but I could hear the difference. Public Cinemas dont always give great clarity, but its the lovely growly bass they provide and the fabulous bright picture that alas no home theatre regardless of cost can seem to get close to in

  • Re: What is stopping you buying B&O?...

My biggest stopper is the TV pricing. Your right the pricing does seem a problem but you are getting the swiss watch of TVs in a bv4 or bv7 plus wonderful sound systems all rather nicely intergrated. You can buy a lovely japanese watch for a tenth of a swiss watch, the japanese watch will be as reliable and keep excellent time but doesnt a rolex look

  • Re: Inside my head there is a crazy, great world

This is VERY much a B&O sort of concept. Too bad B&O is either too stubborn, too poor, or simply asleep... wait... i know what it is, they are too expensive! They have to realise then Apple is getting closer to achieving what B&O do, with Television, at a tenth of the price Will apple have the sheer style and build of say a BV4 plus what

How typical are Trip's customers to those in Denmark? I would say not very typical most affluent europeans desire realistic prices, the BV9 fab though it might be is the price of a harley davidson most people just cant see the B&O value. The american market if its about custom installations seems very limited with the beolink systems, the american

  • Re: Is there quality enough for money from B&O?

John Lewis in the UK give a 5 year guarantee on all televisions, regardless of the manufacturer's warranty. JL used to sell B&O (before the introduction of UK stand-alone B&O shops.) Interesting to wonder whether JL would have that universal TV guarantee if it was still selling B&O! Graham Maybe thats one reason why JL dont sell B&O
