This chassis is a reworked MX4000 and does not have the curtain feature. Treat yourself to a BeoVision 10 32" which does!

Obvious answer, from the dealer that gives you the best service! Help dealers remain in business by allowing them to make some money, buying Bang & Olufsen is not about finding the best price, it's about who you get on with and who you are happy to pay good money too.

Are you referring to the remote when you see it in the configuration tool or actually in your hand?

Hi Beobor1 and welcome. Once you select an audio source on the Beo5 for the desired product/room you wish to control, press the scene key on the remote and A.Setup will be accessible and you will be able to control the function as you wish. It remains blue if you select the scene button first. I hope this helps!

Have you managed to get the BBC stations working yet? We found that the main server were the database is held was not operating correctly and after a day all was resumed. I had a client issue with the same problem and I asked him to reset the router and this cleared the issue?!

@ Misled the problem lies with the PUC that has been flashed. There are/were two versions of each code sets running alongside each other, ask your dealer for sw version 2.00 and do not select beo4 navigation if you are using an old beo4. I have had first hand experience of this on two occasions!

Try another PUC socket? Try to avoid PUC 1 as it is a bit loose and you might the IR cable falls out? Is the IR emitter in the correct place as there are very powerful, what Sky HD box to you have as the placement varies between the original boxes and the new 1tb version.

The MKIII with an SD DVD player does not have the Ethernet socket nor is it a feature of the BD upgrade available. If you wanted to run firmware updates this I done via disc method from the dealer/service agent. BR W5 BNO

Hi Frank I have found the iPhone's to be much slower than the iPad or iPod touch as the wifi on the phone goes to sleep when idle. Have a go with one of the other Apple products to see the difference! There is an Android version now available but I have not tried it yet. I have a KNX Gira home automation system wired into mine and I love it!!!

Use part no 2993045 from the pole style stand, this should help!
