Hi Richard Have you tried looking at compatible chargers for Sony Ericsson phones as this was based on an Ericsson phone from the late 90's? Stuart

It annoys me when you read a good review to be told its too expensive, but compared to what? The new Sony unit is £500 and does not even look or sound like the Beolit12!

I have been in the retail consumer electronics industry for 20 years and believe that to have only one faulty product in the space of 14 months is very good going, obviously we never want to see one but that's life, things happen and it how we as dealers then deal with it; as for this subject I have to wave goodbye to it now and respect all of your

  • Re: Bang and Olufsen Outsourced

Just to make a very quick point about QC, we have had one DOA out of the box BeoSound 8 since launch which equates to about 0.18% of sales from our showroom alone. That's not bad going!!! If only other products in today's world from Europe were as reliable...

You will find that the top edge of the glass is spring loaded and will pull forward without much force. Yes you are right the products cost a lot of money and you should call your dealer to sort it out for you!

I am not sure how anyway can feel ripped off by purchasing one of the worlds best speaker docks? It sounds great and looks amazing. The fact that BeoSound 8 is B&Os most successful item ever speaks volumes. 70% of owners are actually NEW to the brand. I have never had anyone ask where the product is made and if we were making 1000% profit I would

  • Re: Condensation inside the LCD panel of BV7-40

Hi Andrew this isn't a fault but change in atmospheric conditions. We often see this on sets delivered to the store at this time of year when it's cold! If they go straight on the shopfloor and we power them up the condensation appears. The thing to do is put the TV in a warmer environment, then turn on the set on. Use a couple of plastic levers

  • Re: Shipping/Freighting BL5's other goods from UK - advice please

Ask your dealer for a quote as DSV are the main shipper for B&O, in the UK we have our own contact. The reason for using DSV came about because they know the cubic measurement of the product on its own pallet, we used FEDEX before and were quoted one price based on the measurements we gave them and when it came to it the price went up by 30% because
