burantek: look up at my previous post... follow the link it is about setting presets w/ a beo4! of course, if you really want a bl1000 -i have several! i read the bit about the tv > v. setup > tune and it appeared as described, but did not work... if not which link?
-
I am new to the B&O scene, do you think you could elaborate?
-
Thats exactly what i was thinking, however, I do not know anyone who has the bl1000. the owner had lost it and it didnt come with the bm4500 in the deal. I was also thinking that maybe the chaps at the dealer would be good sports and set my presets for me if I took my 4500 in to them.
-
bad news man, i already picked up the beo4 haha
-
Can you program the radio stations/frequencies with the 5000?
-
Does the shift function on beo4 enable the tuning of radio frequency on beomaster 4500?
-
I have the BM4500 but cannot hook it up to speakers directly right now, but I am very pleased with it. It is running as a hub essentially, that is then outputting into a Yamaha Natural Sound receiver which in turn is powering two JBL Northridge E80s. And they sound magnificent. I cant wait to hear the full effect of it once i have speakers that plug

When I acquired my bm4500 it only came with two powerlink cables and its matching cd player (beogram CD 4500). So other than that I am completely at a loss for all other components, like the antennas. Does anyone know where I can get the FM antenna for my 4500? Is it even necessary to have the B&O antenna or can i just use a regular old antenna

I have recently purchased a beo4 to use with my beomaster as i did not get the original beolink1000 that came with it due to some extenuating circumstances of the deal. I am completely satisfied with the beo4 except for its inability to control the radio functions like tuning the actual frequency and so forth. However, it navigates through the presets
