Hi, I wonder if anyone can help? I am looking for the 'plate' section as indicated by the red arrow for the BeoLab 2000. This part has been discontinued and I have been unable to track one down, does anyone have one for sale? Apparently it came with the BeoLab 2000 itself, I have two Beolab 2000's but no plate to attach it to a wall bracket

Hi Hank, was the power supply cut to the house during this period? I ask as the BeoSound 9000 may be asking for the PIN code. Regards, Cal

PErsonally I'd use one of these: http://www.amazon.co.uk/3-5MM-STEREO-CONNECT-PLAYER-FRONT/dp/B002KGD572/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&s=garden&qid=1267699687&sr=8-4 Which would plug directly into the headphone socket of the B&O. Regards, Cal

Does the beomedia have a dvi output? OR is it purely scart? If there is a dvi output you can simply use an hdmi - DVI cable (you will need two of these. Regards, Cal

Hi Thorne, for the picture you need something like this which takes the input from both sources: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Neet%C2%AE-SWITCH-input-output-Switcher/dp/B001DAHS5Q/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1267178640&sr=8-1 The problem will be having both switched on at the same time as both will try and send a signal to the DVI socket

Congratulations Malcolm, you must be extatic. I ordered mine before Christmas but it's currently in storage with my local dealer as our building work has overrun due to the snow. What colour speaker cover did you go with? Regards, Cal

Hi, the lutron is not a replacement to the LC2, it replaces the actual light switch on the wall, you can see how it works here: http://www.lightbutton.com/ (Click the light switch on the wall) I believe the price to be around £125.00 and can be purchased direct from your Bang & Olufsen dealer. Regards, Cal

Hi, could you confirm which DVD player you are using, some DVD players have independent volume adjustment so it may be sending a very weak signal to the BeoVision 5, I had a similair situation with a Virgin V+ box on my Beovision 5 until I realised the volume had been turned down low on the V+ box. Regards, Cal

Hi Chris, just retrieved my invoice: Beovision 10 as a standalone is priced at £5795.00 Wall bracket (Motor stand I assume would be far more) £295.00 Cable pack (including x3 IR blasters, x2 HDMI, x1 Scart, x1 Component) £285.00 Also, will you get a remote? My dealer gave me a free Beo 5 (around £500.00) If you get all the cables

Hi, I believe this is the 'Timer on' light. Regards, Cal
