• Re: DVI port on Beovision 7-32 Mark 3

Hi Jonathan, I'm not sure of the Beovision 7's ability to downscale, perhaps try setting the STB's to 720 to see if any picture is given at all. Regards, Cal

  • Re: image quality with bv6-22 connected to PC

Hi Olivier, The blacks are very good indeed. One thing that has occured to me however is in regards to the 'Hotel version' Beo 4. To display the picture from the PC you will need to set up 'PC' on the Beo 4, unfortunately I do not know if it is possible to add 'PC' to the list of extra options on the Hotel version of the Beo

Hi the quality is actually very good, however the resolution is quite low compared to many more modern dedicated PV monitors. I have had an Xbox 360 plugged into mine on many occassions and the picture always looks sharp. Regards, Cal

Hi, the other thing to check is what resolution your attached device is pushing out... anything higher than 720 and it's unlikely to be supported. Regards, Cal

I was under the impression that you could use the Beovision 7/Beolab 2000 as a remote CD player without requiring an audio master? Cal

  • Re: Finally I found a used Beolab 3500 for my kitchen

It's interesting, I've run my own masterlink cables around the entire house and without FAIL it's ALWAYS the left channel which I have to go back and re connect in the junction boxes, I have NO idea why but for me it's always that one. I'm glad your speaker is ok, I bet it looks great. Regards, Cal

  • Re: ATV Black - Avant, simple question
1. Does anyone have any good ideas for placement of the ATV on the Avant as i will have to have sight of the unit for the remote control?
Hi Peter, I think you'll be surprised re: line of sight for the remote control. I installed one for a friend and it fell behind the TV... the remote still worked! Have

  • Apple TV 1 and 2 Sound in 5.1?

Hi guys, I have an Apple TV 2 connected to my Beovision 10 via HDMI which works great, however; I would really like an Apple TV connected to my Beovision 5 HD which is currently in our 'movie room' The problem seems to be though that I can't get any sound from the Apple TV2 through SPDIF (via a convertor) I understand this is because the

  • Re: Wall Mount Cable Tidies - Share Your Photos

Where the sheer amount of cables to hide in the wall was impossible I purchased some industrial 'pipe boxing' from these guys: http://www.contourply.co.uk/ which hid the cables along a run of wall (to the left of the BeoVision 5):
