Just pondering how many female sales people there are in the various UK (or European) dealerships? There seem to be fewer of them in B&O than in your usual Comet/Curry's/Joh Lewis electrical department, and wondered why this might be... I don't think I would have any problem discussing my entertainment needs with a woman, but perhaps the

You can pre-order one now with your dealer to receive one of the first allocations when it is officially released in the Spring next year (apparently March/April, but expect the usual long delays!) Your local B&O will decide how much of a deposit you pay. I've heard the cost will be about £3,500 for both the master and head unit, but don't

It CANNOT connect to another external hard-drive, and it will definitely NOT be released with a larger memory.

Flappo The Grate: my avant is basically an all in one entertainment system shame bno don't make anything like that anymore They do. It's called the BeoVision 7.

Flappo, its not limited, it's just not designed to stream episodes of Top Gear! It's a music player. Bang & Olufsen never have, and never will, design an entertainment system that is supposed to be all things to all people. Just as BeoSound 3 has no DAB, or BeoSound 9000 has no recording facility, or BeoVision 8 has no DVD player, these

Gorissek, I certainly see what you mean about wanting peace of mind, particularly since B&O equipment is designed to last years and years - one would of course expect a growing CD collection over this time! However, the current hard drive would hold between 1,500 to 2,000 CDs in lossless format (I'm sure someone will correct me if this is wrong

Not at all! Remember who B&O's target market is, and remember that this target market is not teenage/twenty something people who download hundreds of tracks from iTunes everyday :) There is a lot of emphasis on MP3 and other compresed music formats at the moment, and understandably so, but it does not logically follow that bigger equals better
