Thanks for all the suggestions, I set up my speakers on the RL60 stands and, even though they're resting on the bottom of the stand pretty much, they work in the vertical position with the lip of the bracket on the stand holding it in place. I'd like to get some 140 floor stands, unfortunately my ceiling is wayyyy to high to handle celing mounts

Hopefully they are 140 stands... I just measured them: From top to bottom of each side beam is 30cm. Top of the black bracket to bottom of the stand is 41cm. I laid them down to somewhat demonstrate the sizes in comparison. These are the only pieces I got - no screws or other brackets...

Below is a photo sheet showing various mounting configs of the speakers... my stand looks like whats in the photos, but my speaker is almost to the ground when I hold it up to the stand. I'm trying to mount it to look like photos 3 and 4. Any help/suggestions?

I just recently obtained a set of Redline 140's from eBay which came with original stands. The seller disassembled the speakers from the stands, but I can't figure out for the life of me how to 'correctly' mount the speakers to the stands? In particular, I'd like to mount the speakers vertically on the stands, but holding them up
