That's pretty disappointing as the 32 inch would work for my room and I would still want the surround sound option. I assume there is a logical explanation!
I understood your dealer can install the surround sound module of the BV10-40 into the BV10-32. Everything should work fine.

I am using the BV10 with the BL3 and the BL11 and the sound is very good. Absolutely worth to check it out at tour dealer .

@moxxey I think so, B&O website shows à lot of Connections available.
I'm still going through the motions of the same problem. How will Beosystem 3 improve my normal day to day viewing?
I do not see many advantages of the Beo System 3 build into the BV7 compared to the build in functionality on a BV10 if you have a small system (say 5 speakers, blu-ray, game console, TV). However

What is it that you are looking for? A small surround sound system? Than in a small setup they are fine (especially taken into account that the sound the will generate is supportive to a movie most of the time). The most important difference is that CAT7 is rated for transmission of higher frequencies, hence better support for video; CAT5 is certified up to 100 Mhz, CAT6 up to 250 Mhz, CAT6a up to 500 Mhz
=> http://web.me.com/philrobin/LinkPlayer/Linkplayer.html
