Hi I have a beosound 9000 and it makes a strange noise when each cd spins. It sounds like the cd is scratching on something but when I take the cd out there's no marks on it. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi I want to connect my Beosound 9000 to a pair of non B&O ceiling speakers. I have a Beolink Passive, 2x DIN plug adapters and a masterlink cable. I have connected everything up but I do not get any sound. The Beolink Passive will not turn on, the red standby light just stays on and I can't control the Beosound 9000 with the Beo4 remote control
