Hi Keith, Thanks for your response It turns out that it was the DSL filter causing the problem. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DSL_filter I'll have to do a few tests to see if my internet will hold up without connecting the DSL filters to the phones. Even if it doesn't work for the moment, it's great to know that the phones work!

Hello, I have two Beocom 2000 units which will not emit a ringing tone. Apart from this, they work just fine.
