  • Re: Hi introduction and newbie question on beovox 1200

Sorry about this but is their a guide to show you how to post pictures - I have them on my PC (not hosted). Can I post to the site - i did check the FAQ but could not see anything on posting pictures specifically. Do I need to get permission from a moderator. Cheers, Andy

Thanks for the quick advice Martin greatly appreciated. Yes I have been surprised at just how good they sound for a 1971 and with the "rubber" surrounds on the woofer - very ahead of their time and put a lot of high priced small bookshelf styled speakers of today's vintage to shame. Only got these last Friday and have spent the whole weekend

  • Hi introduction and newbie question on beovox 1200

Hi my name is Andy and I have just joined. I am 40 and live in Adeliade in South Australia. I am a bit of a collector of speakers and audio gear as a bit of a hobby and have managed to obtain some intersteing gear. I have a beogram 1200 - working order but needs a bit of love and attention. A beocentre (need to check model) but its in very bad condition
