Hi all, Ive followed the instructions when loading the software on to my beo, but when it comes to a point where it says that i i should put the beo on the dock station and a orange or red colour should appear at the bottom, nothing happens, no colour what so comes on the dock station and then the installation of the software stops to, so I'm stuck
