The arm of my Beosound 9000 will move to a CD, and then the CD player will sound like it's trying to play the CD, but the CD doesn't rotate. After several seconds, the LCD shows "PAUSE". Has anyone perhaps dealt with this before? I called the B&O shop- they said "bring it in"- that means dismounting it, transporting it
