I tried the powerlinks but the sound comes to low, i will try the headphone.... I heard that aux works both ways in and out Am I right????

Hi im new at BEOWORLD, Im from Brasil, i recently bought an Beosound 9000 and wanna connect it on a regular reciever (dont have beo speakers) , I bought a din rca cable and tried to conect on aux output but it doesnt work... can anybody help me???
