My B&O 4002's arm would not drop. I lubricated both the narrow and larger diameter shafts on the yellow damper and the single shaft on the copper damper. The arm now lowers. Now it will not lift! I can hear the solenoid "click" when I depress the lift button but nothing happens. Any suggestions out there? Many thanks, Daniel
