I bought an beocom 1600 off ebay ages ago, tried it out by making a few calls and tested the other fucntions - they all worked fine. I then never used it as it was for my office which was waiting decoration - 6 months later the office is done and I have discovered it doesn't ring!! I have a couple of 2400's and 6000's so am pretty familiar
