That's excellent advice. This sounds like the best possible combination for my requirements. Thank you. My A/V unit has separate channels (six in total) out for each speaker (F/L, F/C, F/R, R/L, R/R, Sub) and offers 'amplified speaker out' connections for each channel (the volume will rise/fall as directed by the A/V volume control), or

Hello. I'm stuck. I have a Beosound 9000 with Beolab 8000 speakers that I want to use as my Front Left and Front Right in a non-B&O surround sound set-up. How should I connect (output, cable and connection type) an A/V Receiver to the AUX input on a Beosound 9000 to use my Beo8000 speakers as Front Left and Front Right. The guys at Richer Sounds
