On further inspection vibrations coming from top speaker on both my cx100's but very little actual sound. Any thought's

Hello, I was just wondering if the output of my top and bottom speakers in my cx100 speakers should be the same and if there is hardly any output coming from the top one, does that mean it is broken. Cheers Chris
