Can you remove the Beosystem 1 or speakers if necessary for repairs? Does the Beosystem 1 include the outer black metal case where I could take the Beosystem 1 out and use it for a different B&O tv?

Are the shirts pre-shrunk? I am very interested. Also, is the polo just a solid blue or is there anything in front?

I was under the interpretation that a step up converter would do the trick. We got different advice at the shop which is why I posted here. As long as the answering machine works, I will be happy.

camshaft: You didn't get rid of yours after it broke did you? It was likely repairable. We have been going through storage this week and trashed it on Saturday. If I can ever get a new one, I really want it.

Yes, I do not remember the last time listening to a tape. The Beosound 9000 was an excellent replacement but I think the Beocenter 9500 is far superior to some of B&O's mot recent models.

This is my favorite Bang and Olufsen item ever made. I had mine break after a power outage approximately two years ago but I wish they woud continue making it. Does anyone know the reason why they discontinued it? If I ever see a new one again, I will be the first one in line.

We have a Beo-com 2 and Beo-talk 1200 answering machine. This was bought in New York but would this also work in Munich? A standard step up converter would allow the answering machine to work, right?
