Hi Martin Thanks for the welcome. I was pretty tempted to lever the cassette out when it first stuck I was so annoyed. Resisted temptation and found Beoworld on-line which has been very interesting instead and helped to reinforce cool-headed problem solving. I would very much like to get those belts from you and have a go at salvaging the situation
