Keith Saunders: So, if you have a third party product which conforms to RC5, NEC or bitstream protocol's then the Beo5 XML can be programmed to use the repeat function, other protocols will need more research before a solution willbe provided. With regards to your second point where you say it has very low range are caused by very short and narrow

Why can't I set it to "Continuous" when using 3 party ir? If I mark the checkbox and click OK, then when I enter the IR tab again the mark in the checkbox is gone. Using firmware 1.40a with Config Tool 2.20 Here is the IR command (Sony LCD) <source_subItem stName='Sony LCD\VolUp' stCaption='VolUp' stMenuCaption='VolUp'

Keith Saunders: To clarify my previous answer about being able to control the 3rd party product volume with the centre wheel, the simple answer is you CAN, however it is NOT possible to do it with the Beo5 Configuration Tool using RC5 protocol without getting the problems you have discribed. It's posible to make some pretty slick designs, anyway post your results when they are done!

I found out that for 4x3 grid: Bottom icons : 106x54 (1px black line in bottom) All other: 106x66
-
You can actually make them bigger here is an example, see attachment. If you do it on that way you can make some pretty cool design/layouts on your Beo5... I working on one, will upload it once it's finished! Edit: I think the 3 buttons on the left is 107x66 and then have 1 black pixel line on the left.
