thanks for this. yes set to mass storage mode. have tried drag and drop and although i can see it in the music file when its connected to my mac, when i disconnect phones say music library is empty. i checked in memory status and that appears to be empty too. wonder if this is something to do with how you "eject" the serenata - i cant eject

I've just bought a serenata and want to transfer music from itunes. I've installed the B&O plug-in & followed all the (very limited!) instructions on the B&O website.
