Hi, I have a BeoSound 9000 where the head doesn't move. If I manually open the door and move the head to the center, turn on the unit, the door will close and the head will move to the left, BUT nothing else after that.. The unit gets a LOCKED message on the display if I try anything. The unit manual doesn't show this error, and Bang & Olufsen
