Thanks that did the trick! Wasn't quite sure what to do with the plastic strips

Hey there. I just bought a Beovision MX 5000 from my dad and I have a question: Is there any way to remove the glass front covering the tube for cleaning? My dad is a heavy smoker and it hasn't been cleaned on the inside since he bought it in 1990, so it's pretty nasty on the inside. Thanks in advance and sorry if this has been answered elsewhere
