    Thanks Chaps. Been thru' various checks. Seems the board has expired. Now whether to replace the board or getting another telly..!

    Thanks Peter, Seems that faffing with the plugs has stopped the humming. But..... Now this it shows the rears are not running.the green light comes on..but no sound. Seems the distribution of sound has gone haywire. What is the symptom of the sound card dying.? Is it a diy replacement ?

  • Humming speakers

    Been a while since I have been here...!........But now need a little help. Set up is Avant.....Dolby 5.1 connected to Lab 8000 front Lab 6000 rear and Lab 2. I have a Beocentre 9500 conected thry' a converter to these speakers. Now...... When I select any speakers instead of the tv speaker, there is a humming, mainly thru' the LF lab 8000.the

  • Cheeky non B&O advice needed

    I have ended up owning a pair of Celestion A3 speakers. Which I will be selling.......I am 100% B&O...! I need to source a titanium tweeter. Where would be a good place a wanted ad, Forums etc. I have only ever used this Forum as it has all the info I have ever needed.......untill now....!!
